Ashover update 9th April

Sheffield DA meet at Ashover 12th - 14th April

Sorry folks but this meet is cancelled due to waterlogging

AGM is not affected

Revised Saturday itinerary is as follows:

1.00pm

Gather in the village hall for lunch and a natter. Bring your own packed lunch for an indoor picnic from 1.00pm with slide show of the 2023 season.

2.00pm

AGM commences, Ashover Village Hall. Remember your memberships cards. Despite the cancelled meet it is critical that members attend to ensure this meeting is quorate and we deliver another successful AGM.

3.30pm (approx)

Sheffield DA invite members for post-AGM tea/coffee and cakes in the village hall, courtesy of the DA.
