Winter Walk 2024

Sheffield DA invites Camping and Caravanning club members and frinds to clear out the cobwebs and join us for a stroll and catch-up with friends on the 2024 Winter Walk.

When: Sunday 14th January

Where: Meet Grindleford Railway Station, 11.00am.

Wear: Suitable clothing and footwear for mixed terrain

Optional: Packed lunch

Approximately 4 miles.

Approx 4 miles although could be extended if people are feeling energetic. Meet at 11am by Grindleford Station. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear - it may be cold! You may want to bring a packed lunch. Rob has completed the recce by walking the route yesterday and its not too muddy.

Parking - £2 all day, although it is pay via your phone (see images below) or there is free road parking near the Maynard pub.
